Revenue of the Dutch mining and metallurgical holding with assets in Ukraine Metinvest B.V. (Metinvest), in September 2020 increased by 8.8% compared to the previous month to USD 912 million.

According to the company's preliminary unaudited monthly consolidated financial results on Thursday, the company's total baseline EBITDA was $ 244 million in September, up 28 million from August.

According to the report, Adjusted EBITDA of the Group's metallurgical division for September 2020 increased by 24 million to $ 115 million; EBITDA of the mining division remained at $ 134 million last month.

Metinvest's total revenue in September consisted of $ 727 million in the metals division, $ 235 million in the mining division, and intra-group sales of $ 50 million.

The main shareholders of Metinvest are Rinat Akhmetov's SCM Group (71.24%) and Vadim Novinsky's Smart Holding (23.76%), jointly managing the company.
