Spanish equipment manufacturer Fagor Arrasate (FA) has expanded its roll recycling capabilities by acquiring Herpasa, a stainless steel tank manufacturer based in Castelbisbal, Kallanish notes.

The transaction became possible after the acquired company was liquidated after the insolvency proceedings were completed.

"Our immediate priority is to ensure the continuity of Herpasa's ongoing projects, providing the necessary resources and sales network to take the company to the next level," says FA. "The entire staff will be retained and strengthened, which will ensure continuity of service and preserve the professional experience that has defined this brand for a long time."

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
